Dead Drops are audio clips that have been scattered around Empire City by John. You can start searching for them after you complete the mission Mysterious Strangers. The audio clips are found on satellite dishes on rooftops around the city. There are two way to locate them: they give off a beeping sound when one is nearby, and if you press L3 (down on the left analog stick) you will see the direction of the nearest dead drop on your minimap as a white arc. There is a total of 32 Dead Drops.
